Celtic FC Foundation Supporters Committee
We are a group of 9 Celtic fans, recognised and appointed by Celtic FC Foundation as its Supporters Committee, that works on a voluntary basis to play 3 important roles:
-
Raising awareness of and championing the magnificent work of Celtic FC Foundation
-
Supporting the Foundation in a volunteering capacity through its fundraising events and initiatives
-
Organising our own fundraising events and initiatives to raise money to support the Foundation's work

We are a small but passionate and determined bunch, who believe strongly in the ethos set out by Brother Walfrid. We are supported by a pool of wonderful volunteers who help us out when needed.
Our Foundation: The Celtic Way is our third annual fundraising dinner for Celtic FC Foundation and we continue to build on its success year on year.
Celtic FC Foundation’s Mission
The Foundation’s ethos is typified by a determination to create opportunities for society’s most vulnerable and marginalised groups – principally, we address root causes of poverty by equipping individuals with the tools and means to reverse inequality
Celtic Football Club was formed in 1887 with the purpose of raising money for the poor in the East End of Glasgow. The vision of the Founding Fathers continues to this day through the work of the club’s charitable arm, Celtic FC Foundation. The Foundation’s aim is to help those living in poverty through a range of initiatives targeting hunger, employability, social inclusion and education. While faithful to the legacy and ethos of Celtic’s Founders locally, we are open to respond to national and international crisis, reflecting the outlook of supporters and the Club.
The purpose of Celtic FC Foundation is Football For Good.
The vision is to alleviate poverty through working with communities, in line with the founding ethos of Celtic. We view employability, education and social inclusion as routes out of poverty.
